lovely luxury!
really good viewseasy requesthigh price
the resort delivered everything i hoped for and more. the views are really good and i found the staff helpful. They made every request easy to fulfill. sunset at the cove was great with great music and drinks.
I noticed the food and drink prices were quite high. A simple lunch by the pool cost a lot. water should not cost that much. considering a car is essential due to the location, prices should be adjusted.

the resort sits on a hilltop and offers fine views of the surrounding area. it's close to some of the island's best beaches was great, but the resort felt secluded too.

the pool area is very relaxing and features dj sets every day. there's a large open pool and a spa center available. i was very happy there is also a convenient on-site parking.

Maria at reservations helped us and she was great. The ladies handling the Balinese beds were very helpful and kind. The servers at the beds and at The Cone club took care of us. The staff are helpful and they completed every task.
Ordering a drink took a lot of time and sometimes had random rules that didn't make sense.

The hotel's location offers wonderful views from the swimming pool and the restaurant. The cliffside location is beautiful and many attractions are within 30 minutes. I appreciated this convenient access to nearby places.

The pool area is well maintained and the breakfast offers many options. There is a pool and Nela restaurant is awesome. The resort has many amenities, including restaurants and swimming pools with amazing views.

Really good Luxury and Service

The team members were motivated and service-oriented. The guest services team took great care of the children which was a welcome relief. The new restaurant concept offered an experience I will remember for a long time. Every detail felt perfect from arrival to departure. The setting of the hotel is insane. The gym facilities are excellent too.
The minibar charges were not accurate at checkout and I had to discuss it with staff.

i found the room spacious. it was also super clean and very comfortable. the food was delicious even though the menu felt a bit limited (it would be nice with a bit more variety).
i experienced slow service. it also felt unorganized and not of a five-star quality. simple orders took a very long time. i found this quite annoying.
